Soroptimist is an international organization of business and professional women working to improve the lives of women and girls in our local communities and throughout the world.
Soroptimist is coined from the Latin words Soro meaning woman; and Optima meaning best. Therefore Soroptimist means "Best for Women. That is what the organization strives to achieve.
We meet on the first Tuesday of each month.
